Hi, I'm playing with this:


00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/PM/GMS, 943/940GML and 945GT Express Memory Controller Hub (rev 03)

Just install Driconf, run it, then go to the second tab and enable the S3TC texture compression. :)

Last time when i tried the trick with driconf only main screen was good but lemme try now ;)

ok so currently game runs but nothing more, game menu is messed up. any ideas?

Well, now you will have to install the libxtc library.

I don't use Ubuntu, and I don't know if the package restricted-sources or however it is called includes libxtc. Try looking it up in the repos.

Oh well i don't care anymore, i have installed library and it's not working properly. Still graphic is messed up :|



thats what i have done so far:
installed driconf and enabled s3tc
installed libtxc


Any ideas?

It worked for me and Valour so check it :P Ah and stay in safe mode.
