Did you install the installer from the main page of this site? By which means you downloaded it?

Please use this Installer (http://download04.powerchallenge.com/regnum/RegnumOnlineInstall.exe). Download it from that link and see what happens.

What do you mean the link did not work? It works pefectly fine for me.

Try and go to this page and download it from there: Link (http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/index.php?l=1&sec=6).

I advise for you to do a direct download and not a Bit-torrent download.
