I use the const helmet and +fire dmg hammer.

With my armour and the new scroll, it means I now have 4305 hp, that's without our shitty +70hp amulet. If I was Syrtis I could have: 4615 hp, and if I was Alsius: 4565 hp. ( :( )

I also use the amulet of Emanation which is +100 Mana IIRC, but isn't specific to barbs.
