New pc probs

Yesterday i bought a new pc. old one sucked and so i was told this ones awesome, i downloaded regnum and got all excited but when it came to the "checking firewall" bit it says "Error direct3d renderer" dunno how to fix it sadly but if any of my clan reads this or any of ignis horus read this, please tell everyone i'll (Hathor) do my utmost to sort it and be back a.s.a.p. All suggestions welcome cos i'm gonna punch a puppy if i cant get back on.:gun_bandana:

havent used windows for years but could prob be 2 things that shouldve been done already:

Video card drivers not installed - Nvidia drivers (for a nvidia card) (http://www.nvidia.com) ATI (i think got from google) (http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx)
Direct x not up to date - DirectX link form prev post (http://www.gamesforwindows.com/en-US/AboutGFW/Pages/DirectX10-a.aspx)


ofcourse i could be wrong and it could be something else but thats a good place to start

i've tried them all but sadly no luck.I'll take the pc back and see what the guy says.I think it needs a major update cos its been sat in the shop a while.I'll be with you asap.:harhar: please pass on to the clan my probs and tell them why i aint on.

sweet, the guy in the shop swapped the pc i bought (didnt have the right grafics card) for a top of the range dual core pc heres hoping its as sexy as it looks:harhar:
