To look for the hidden gaps between the foundation of the game in which normal players surround themselves in...

Has he taken advantages of these weaknesses for his own personal gain?

One could look upon the actions of DM and see him as an exploiter, but to do so would mean that one sees him in the wrong light...

One must, to understand the depth of the weakness, find every situation possible where the weakness rears its head... so that one can have a full understanding of what the weaknesses implication are on the game, and game play will be... This DM does...

Once the weakness is fully understood DM goes public with it...

Now when DM goes public with the knowledge he has is it in accordance with RO policy?

Well, as we can see the obvious... this is DM's only failing...

But you have to respect a man like DM, for he can and will find things that most people will over look, never see, or wont believe is there...

He is a master at it this, and we all know it...

He bugged into a realm... killed people end of story, why should he get away with it? hes not special, NGD must show that no player is above the rules, and must enforce the rules. Do not condemn them for enforcing the very rules they created, if they let every1 go about braking rule for "pondering" then this game would go into chaos, pondering or not breaking a rule is punishable. He could of easily reported it to NGD, describing the situation and clicked the die option, no need to kill players.

I was banned for
1) testing / reporting / bringing everyones attetnion to the importance of one particular compromise.

Yes, I entered syritis....
No I did no abuse a bug to kill people, I wanted as many people to see me as possible.
Those that saw me.. and posed a threat or wanted to lead other to me to shorten my escapade... I dispatched.

Perhaps I could have been more subtle with my approach... or should have.
I did what I felt needed to be done... There were no admins online to complain to.

Furthermore, I did not know that a testing team existedm until after I was banned. I was doing what I have always done. Test and report....
Look in the gameplay problems section and you will see a few of the things I posted.
1) teleportation (udp)
2) Item Duplication (magnatites)
3) the list goes on....
4) realm walls compromise (without udp)
5) more...

I will test on Amun now.....

Imo hunble opinion, DM got banned simply because he fucked off Kailer.

Abuse reports answers are delaying a lot (sadly there are a lot too) and when we reached to several reports against him, we checked the logs and confirmed the situation. By NO means it was because he "pissed me off", because he didn't. After a lot of time, it's hard to piss me off ;)

Rules are to be followed and those who play fairly don't deserve that some players "do what they want" with protocol abuses. The best way to catch our attention is through PMs, mails when it's an important bug. If we delay in our replies we are very sorry and we will try and try to enhance that part.

So, don't make a circus about a user being banned, we even are very permissive, in other games they ban you for even saying a simple bad word.

Enjoy the game, get angry and leave, get angry and stay, make friends, try to get the best of everything that crosses in your way, not the worse. Meanwhile, we will always be there for you, as we proved and will continue proving.
