Demonmonger - Complained about game imbalance, exposed critical bugs in the game - banned
Edge - Been a critic of recent updates, and broken quests/items and balance issues - banned
And both are from Ignis.
Theory: NGD hates Ignis ! :P
On a serious note, these two exposed a lot of NGD shortcomings which influenced the decision to ban them imo. NGD please unban them, well atleast Edge (I dont want to put Edge in the same category as DMC) :ranting:

NC, You should really be banned for foul language. All your posts stink of it  Nothing on that in the forum rules?

lol yeah, they hate ignis, that's why when certain player/s in ignis start crying some devs just hop online and ban everyone who stole their toy. :)
and btw, foul language on forums? i say shit, crap and sometimes fuck. wow.

I wish I really was permabanned.
I was banned for reporting Ignis' only quests that have been missing for 4 months. I indeed went to far to get attention, but everyone in this community can stoop so low at one point, just to jerk on NGD's leg for a response, and this is the response we get. The response I got was a STFU. Thanks for taking the time to delete threads, shift posts, and ban people instead of replying to them. I understand its hard to do both,
The whole problem was deleted, there never were any missing quests obviously, it was only all our imagination.
This post will be deleted, this thread will be deleted, have a nice day.

Oh my god, you need to go out to see the light a little
Seriously, I've explained this a lot of times, if we spent the whole day in the forum or saying to every user replying to all posts, there will be no time to make the game. The only thing we ask for is simple:
- Believe that we are aware. If you post or mail it, we know it. If we don't act right away, there IS a reason.
- The worst way to report a bug is abusing of it and causing trouble to the community... wait! that's not even reporting :P
- We are being very permissive in the forum because we want them to be as much active as they can, but any time someone is moderated it all becomes a massive rant against NGD. Sit and think a little that sometimes you could've crossed the line :)
C'mon, you can get a lot more by being kind that complaining all the time. If we fail to enhance the game or to reply everyone's topics it shouldn't be a reason for a constant NGD bashing. Remember that we put a lot of effort and we are people too. Eventually, you all get an answer from us (not exacltly a reply, you know what I mean).

As a matter of fact, yes, a lot :D

Yeap, you should mark our mistakes but nicely. Instead of "you ruined this game for good, you are useless!" you could say "we can't get used to the changes, something may be wrong... [post here what's wrong]"
To put yourselves in our situation you can do a DIY at home. Grab some dishes (at least 6) and hold one in each index finger, one in your head, one in your left foot bended backwards and then try to move without dropping them... until you reach to be in the rope that's tied between two columns...
Ok, I overreacted! :P

Do you need a new community manager or whatever you used to do then? (/me looks around for application forms)

No, there it is again, ignoring my whole point completely, I don't want a sweet reply that has nothing to do with my point, I just want to know why you have been dodging for 4 months the question of missing quests.
For the record NGD makes a problem itself, because the community does not apparently understand NGD, and NGD clearly does not understand us. But at least we try to understand you.
If you seriously have time to play forum games as a mod, you seriously have time to reply to mandatory problems. You shot out all this spazz when you first unveiled yourself as community manager, then once you got your ego high and mighty you've been letting it slide every since.
If you seriously dedicated updates (At least ONE) to bugfixes instead of more content with each update, or had the decency to show us you care about problems you would be at a much higher level with critics like myself. I'll take an update dedicated to bugfixes over some new NG3D2.0 Engine anyday, NG3D2.0 changes nothing with ingame problems (or you've failed to mention this) its just putting more paint on the problem to hide it, and at the same time it keeps the sheep and the complainers in line, by making us shut up and goggle at the eye candy.
I understand you are all human beings, but you've failed at communication (with a community of around 2000 people? Counting the english community on the forum its even a much much lower number)
Time and time again you say you promise this will change, the future will be grand, If I were in your position I would put forth all my effort into spreading helpful informative responses, you say you have the same logic, but saying isn't quite the same as believing. Im hearing the world "Believe" a lot more and more now,
But its still the same track. Nothing has changed, and its a severe lack of communication.

A change to the game engine could fix many of the ingame problem with movement/glitching/collisions etc. Not saying it would fix everything thats wrong with this game, I think its a good step. Also, since no one knows I'm just saying it COULD fix these issues, until its released no one will ever have the slightest idea which also ties into the point of them not telling us much.
