Warlock bugs?

I don't know, maybe I don't have right but i think that some warlock spells don't work properly. I'm talking about such spells as:
1. Ice blast - I don't see any effects on MOBS
2. Frozen Strom - no effects.

PS. I didn't try them on any nonMOBS.

Im also a warlock... the spell of Beetle doesnt last for its full duration.... enemy is supposed to not be able to atack for 10 seconds.. but now its just like 1 and a half seconds... also many other warlock spells are not working properly or for the full duration.... can we revert back to the old version where the spells works right please?:mad:

or Just fix them here :P, yeah It's kinda frustrating, we'll just have to use other spells ;)
