The Game Isn't Loading

whenever i try and log in everything goes as normal until the enter world part, from there is appears to load as normal but then it just disappears but the game doesn't start. when this happens is is still shown on the task bar but when i check the task manager it says it isn't responding :S

can you help me figure out how/why this is happening?
