Wont Verify Plz Help

i run Regnum and then chose a world to log in as and then it says that it's verifying and it takes a long time and it gets about half way and then it doesnt respond

Try by deleting live server folder, or reinstalling the game.

i deleted the live server file and now it wont let me get in to chose the worlds it says connection to autopatch sever failed

That means patch server has problems, try again later.

yea i'm still having problems it is incredably slow i'm starting to think it's my internet :(

it's working with the live server file gone now but it's still taking just as long

When you delete live server folder, game will download it again.
It ll take some time to load all those downloaded files again.

i use Bell internet and whats an OS? ..i'm not very tec savey

Examples:
MS Windows XP, MS Windows Vista

According to where you posted, you have some Windows OS. And i bet its Vista. If it is Vista, I cant help you more, since I don't use it and don't like it (reason: making too much problem, giving too little).
