Cannot log in

Hi,
I've just created my account and installed the game but the client won't let me log on. I've entered my username and password multiple times to make sure it was correct, and even logged out and back in again on the website to make sure I had got my password right, but I keep getting "User/password not valid" messages.
Anyone got any advice? :S

In the spanish forums, people had the same problem.... it is supposed to be fixed.
