Hey guys,
Im sorry you have to help deal with yet another port problem as I see many when I search.
Heres what I have dont so far.
Many posts tell me to open
UDP 9660-9663, 9960
TCP 48000-48001, 47300
All ports open both ways
So I have, however now that they are open Regnum is still stuck at the Checking firewall screen.
Any Tips?

The Update to my Firewall (because my ISP is half stupid sometimes) was not only causing Port problems but also computer problems and have been removed from my computer. Alll of my previous connections have been restored. Thanks for the attempt to help.
