Update stops at 368k

Everytime I launch Regnum rolauncher has to do a 14mb update and stops at 368k is there a fix for this?

Are you behind any firewalls?
Try to inactivate them.

Also, try to move the rolauncher to another folder, delete the Regnum folder, recreate it and move rolauncher back.
Now it might download the updates.

Have you check if there are free space on your filesystem ?

Try to run: df -h
