This only happens with the test server

When i tryed to log to Amun and error message appeared saying
'This application has failed to start because d3dx9_42.dll was not found.
Re-installing this aplication may fix this problem'

OS: Vista

and ive tryed re installing it but its broken and it still pops up with the error message.

Just download direct X instaler.
Unzip in a folder and clic on dxsetup
that is what I did:)
