Client Freeze when loading

Hi, my client kinda locks up when it gets to this part of the client loading:

Loading...
Loaded 129 of 129 resources
Syncronizing resources...

It doesn't get any further than that but when I untick Update all new resources at once. The client gets into the game just fine.

I'm also seeing graphical glitches in the game, all of this started happening after the client locked up...

Should I reinstall the client?

Is there anyway to fix this?

I would suggest reloading game if you're experiencing graphic glitches and maybe reinstalling your card drivers and don't load all resources at once, takes forever and I really don't see the advantage when moving through the game.
