Error patching game

After I installed the game when I tried to enter horus. I got the message "failed to patch" or something.

I'm running ubuntu 9.04, any help would be appreciated.

We would need more information.
When does this happen? (in the launcher I assume, but a screenshot will always help to further pinpoint the problem).

Perhaps you're low on disk space?
Perhaps you haven't got permissions to write to the Regnum folder?
Perhaps your firewall is blocking the patch downloads?
