So I really hate to get all gooey and start reminiscing... Again.. But the Tenax topic reminded me of all the videos I had taken, so I watched them and shed a tear for all the fun that Regnum Online once was. :ohill:

And I mis when I was on ignis training ma support conju wanting to be like valour when I was older xD and julius always coming to hunt ma arse down. Mind you he stopped coming when I figured how to defeat him.

Mis the good old masive fort wars. Once where when we to0k herb the whole realm was at herb and n0 other forts

I mis when ppl actualy used to revive me once in a while.

4 some strange reason I mis seeing dmc's spectrial snake and saying nice pet

Most of al I mis the guys I hung with that 99percent quit. And the once I wont see coz I m0ved to horus 4 the realm chat

I wake up every day hoping regnum wil be how it once was. And I feel sory for the ppl who didnt play regnum when it was at its greatest.

Man I miss those days! A lot of familiar faces there too. It had it flaws but it was actually FUN to play. Things just feel so static now.

Oh man... those were the greatest times ever. How I regret now to not have taken some videos too...


There was a time where Pinos and Samal were two jewels jealously guarded from Syrtis greed. With just those two forts, there were infinite possibilities to make war at an insane scale, during hours...
Taking the fort. Spreading the army at the front. Regrouping to take care of a skirmish to the back. Defending our pierced lines. Calling for reinforcements while we were preparing for the fort door to be smashed. Pushing back the enemies with the said reinforcements arriving miraculously /o\ ! And so on and on and on... and when it was finally finished with a fort, all the people gathered at CS - still thirsting for blood - was heading straight to the other one ! And the cycle could continue...

I remind the Mighty Hammer of Alsius : even overwhelmed by the number of assailants they were here, going forth step by step in an amaaaazing organization, pushing endlessly tactic after tactic, outflanking, attacking from the back, till they could crush the enemy in a brilliant final assault. Those were times when I was HAPPY to get killed with such style, where you could feel their will to vanquish.

Just X-Fire. It's a downloadable gaming... "Tool" ? That you can use to take pictures with, video, in game chat, statistics of your playing time etc. etc. It's easy to use and works really well.

All you have to do is capture the video, then upload the raw file straight to the website.

Hmm what I miss is..

- A NOT item based game. Cast speed items for the lose :thumb_down:
- A NOT luck based game. Evasion and fucking resistance ftl :thumb_down:
- A NOT Ximerin based game. Times when they kept true to their promise.
- Permanent war! When you joined Regnum, "hay guerra" meant "WHERE is the war?"
- No Horus! We've lost so many good friends to that server :(
- Old Unstoppable Madness :p When pwning barbs was easy ^^

Oh I didn't mean you forgot about me! It's just that I remember them too, and I was quite attached to Immortal Legends as well. I really do know I played a lot less on Josephine than I played on Piz ^^
Lucky for us, we still play as we used to, at least a bit. ;D
Perhaps I should visit with Josephine more often \o/

so i am reading this at school and i cant even see the pictures, but this makes me wish i had started regnum sooner.

i joined in early march 2009 and never really played untill right about when the nerf hammer came smashing down. afterwards, my marks wasn't worth shit, so i started a barbarian. He is alright even after the nerf but i find myself wishing to hit one of the old, rediculously high dmg riposts that some of the "old-timers" talk about every now and then.

One day, me and Nezzer went out "to see the world" and that walk took us to Ignis, towards the old Samal save location.
Neither of us knew anything about this part of the Regnum world at this time.

As we kept getting closer to the save, I suddenly heard Nezzer on Skype saying "Look! There's someone grilling over there!"

thats exactly what i mean. most dmg i have ever done (lvl 44) is 1770 ripost with agile movements, berzerk, and ons.

yeah I know, it's just that I couldn't call him just heniek... czesiek was funnier but it's a polish thing xD Red Star's perverseness, Boger's attitude (I used to be friends with him for a long time after he left Regnum, but then he left Poland too and I lost my last polish friend ;( )

Earlier, old Pozo was always full of ppl,full of grinding parties, enemy hunt groups, and what not.
My first hunt with Ravion Xartes (and later Flak joined too) was in Pozo, I was 36. It was the best experience for me. Our group going down the ramp, down there Alsius group, snakes bigger than me everywhere around.... Something i will never forget :)

yeah it was great hunting down there, I remember it too back in my noob days (hunting party of 8 people too haha)

fewer mobs in the war zone has led to less skirmishes around the map, it was really great because the high level players came back new and refreshed (but in grinding build) from the save nearby, it was awesome.
