actually that's true :P it's possible VERY MUCH that the little goat had Hydrocephalus. The thing is, it looked a lot like a human that way.

A human has 2x 21 chromosomes and a goat 2x 30, so they can never have an offspring together.

It's not as simple as that. Having different numbers of chromosomes doesn't in itself stop different species from mating. Goats can mate with sheep even though sheep only have 27 pairs of chromosomes.

It's the same with lions and tigers, horses, donkeys and zebras, and many others. Though the hybrid offspring is usually sterile.

There's only one thing to say... LE GASP! (or WTF). That's completely hideous!
When you said human/goat hybrid, I thought you got a picture from my classmates!
Maybe it's just a very extreme, insane, and horryfing mutation in a goat. We don't know how many mutations can exist in the whole world.

Ps: poor baby goat!
