On Windows? Have you tried the torrent version? The download manager failed for me (checksums), but the torrent worked like a charm.

I dont kno much about comps but im no longer the admin. And I can only reinstal on admin which I normaly would have done. Downlnading from torrent where can I find a torrent link?

From the downloads page on the regnum site: http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/index.php?l=1&sec=6

On the right side, you'll see Windows and Linux links, and next to them are the equivalent torrent links.

But if you don't have admin access you may not be able to install it, and if you don't already have a bittorrent application, you might not be able to install that either.
