Huge artefacts when looking on stems in Syrtis noob zone

When the stems near the mill are visible on the frame, huge artefacts cover all the screen, see the screenshots.

This is with GeForce 9500GT and the 190.53 driver.

I didnt see this with one of my chars, and i have an nvidia card. However, I do sometimes get artefacts, and othertimes not. I suspect this problem is at the server, not your system.

How can the server transmit atefacts? This is a graphic problem. With shaders or something similar.
