Connection problem

For some reason when after i log into regnum it really lags like the connection is slow but everything else is fast like i can go onto firefox and everything will be fast. Once i actually got into the game it was so laggy. Not graphics perforance laggy it was the connection. My character would stop moving and takes forever to talk to some and when i type things into chat box it won't work. I dont have this problem with any other games i got.

P.S I just downloaded this game and ive played this game before without having this problem.
