I'm buying a second hand pc, spec Intel Q6600 2.4g, 4g DDR2 800mhz, 500gb HDD, Nvidia 9500gs 512mb.
I was wondering if this card would be sufficient to play Regnum with nice graphics, i'm not expecting everything on max settings just would like some eye candy :D
I plan on connecting it to my 40" HDTV (720p)
Any info would be of help.

On my GeForce 9650GT Mobile 512MB I used to play in 800x600, SM 4.0, all maxed with ~20 fps in large invasions (100-200 players on the screen), ~60 when alone.
Since the 1.6 update, I can no longer play in wars with ~30 people with the those settings anymore because my FPS drops below 10.
If the current performance issues are solved I guess you could play on SM 4.0, medium graphics in 720p with about the same performance as I used to have.

My system is a little less good as yours, Intel Pentium dual core T4300 2.1 Ghz, 4GB RAM and a nVidia GeForce G103M and I can play with fairly high settings when running RO on Linux.

Creepy. I used to have almost the same machine. I had graphics on medium, and everything seemed ok, but that was several major updates ago...

How will you connect it? I think you need some kind of adapter for this. Not sure though.

The GPU has an HDMI output that I can use to connect it to my TV.
