Now I log in just now to see another long time player(Hydra, The End)quiting. I am starting to see old players leaving everyday now.


The game is being killed before our eyes. :(

So basically... people are leaving because of an update that isn't finished yet and has yet to be implemented on the live server? Hah... idiots...

No they are leaving because of the current (long running) state of the game which has yet to be rectified in any way on Amun.

Everyone makes choices and have his reasons.

In all cases deleting characters is stupid. You invest good amount of time to level them to 50. Taking a break or leaving for week, month, year is ok, i doubt NGD will delete your account or even touch it. You will have the chance to return anytime you decide.

You even can give someone else to play your chars if you do not want to. Deleting is sad very sad.

I think deleting the account was more a statement then anyting.... obviously duh. You mess with players long enough they give up and find something else to do.

Again it is your decision. You loose 1-2-3 months of grinding time. They loose...1 player. In all cases you loose more. Time is money. I still have Hero Online char at big level even i stopped playing this more than 3 years ago and never returned.

I know deleting your chars and gear (we dont know that for sure btw) isn't the smartest thing to do objectively. But somehow I feel it kinda fits him well to go out like that.

Ah well...

Player's choice at the end of the day, if it's no longer fun for him might as well. If the deletion was based on the yet unimplemented changes on Amun :| not a very wise move imho. But again, choice is Lumi's, I'll miss those roars outside fort doors.

Updates on Amun aren't even final yet.
and btw .... not everything should change the way he/she wants it to be.

lol now i wont get ticked off when i see him tell most people on realm that they play their class wrong (classes he doesnt have himself too).

this just seems to be a child throwing his toys out of the cot and going on an uber tantrum. Enjoy lineage 2 Lumi i hope to god you get to be a dev there and thus get everything you want.

Lumi had characters in Ignis too as far as I know, but I'm assuming this hissyfit was of a more permanent nature than simply moving realms.

The thing is Lumi quit before - pretty much in the same fashion, but just changed realms...

Also, the reason for my signature is friends from Syrtis thought I quit, but I wanted them to know I just changed realms...

Felt like I have to clarify some things.

0. I have ONE ignis alt and it is lvl 17. I do not play it seriously, only chat.
1. I have ONE syrtis alt and it is lvl 13. I forgot last time I logged it on.
2. Some people say that I 'quit' before and 'switched' to other realm. This is not true. I have never betrayed Alsius. I simply wasn't playing for a few months due to real life reasons.
3. I did not quit because of balance issues or upcoming amun update.
4. I quit because the constant stressful atmosphere in Alsius. At some point the game became not enjoyable any more (for me), altho I do not wish to blame anyone.
5. I have no plans of coming back/asking NGD to restore anything/starting new characters in any of the realms or servers. I am so done.

Good luck everyone. Enjoy the game, have fun and be as nice to people that surround you as you can.
