Where is MG Noctis?

I have been off from the game because I am having lots of problems atm my PC don't want to run with video card drivers etc and my video card is broken... but i can use forums and IRC at least when i am at home so I heard that MG Noctis is not playing anymore. Is it true? Anyone has any info about him?

He came to Ignis saying he was staying there forever, then was caught back in Syrtis, then everyone in Ignis hated on him for being a lier/Gelf. Maybe hes just repeating it in Alsius?

Longwell says Favre is playing this year, he's back in Minneapolis :/ Not sure if its good or bad.

yeah i have not heared from him in a long time, he was my no1 realm chat spam pall, but he didn't play so mutch after they removed it.
