You just can't enter Horus server and you will probably won't be able to. But they shortly had have a Transfer.

haha i see this:

Spanish IPs aren't blocked, and they can play on horus. Horus just won't appear in the launcher for them, since Ra is the spanish speaking server. They can make a shortcut to ROgameclient.exe, add their username and md5 hash of their password to the target of that shortcut, change game.cfg in the regnum online folder so that it has the Horus IP address, and they're free to join.
