User/Password not valid

So, I just downloaded regnum online, created an account, confirmed it to 100%. But when I want to log into the game, it says "User/Password not valid". It's wierd, since with the same details I CAN log into website. Any ideas?

i reinstall and redownload - and still kurwa wasza mac, ja pierdole - dont work.

And website dont work.

For now it looks like a server-side problem and you can't do much about that yourself. Since it is weekend, it could take until tomorrow until it is fixed.

I have the same problem. I registered, downloaded and installed the game, I registered the account and verify and still can not log into the game, because we wrote "User name or Password not valid"

I have this problem as well. I've been waiting for a few days now and it still hasn't been fixed.

Ok, its free, I get it, but ... really, is that too much to give at least an answer ?

I made an account on Saturday, to try this game on Ubuntu. Everything went fine except the part where I get to actually play the game.
"This User/password not valid" error made me post THREE password change requestes. all went fine, I could log into the site and forum ... but NOT in the game.

Ok, so I thought there must be some glitch with the Linux client or my Ubuntu installation. So i went and installed the Windows version , on the very same machine but using Windows 7.

Guess what ? The error is still here. And from what I see there's a lot of people complaining and few others trying to give poor advice.
No feedback from any "official" support team, whatsoever.

So... I'm beginning to wonder...why the hell should i loose more time on this ?
Just because I wanted to test one of the very few MMO with a native Linux client ?
As far as I can see not even the Windows one works ... So ... why bother ?!?

I kinda agree with you smjorkRO. The staff here is surely lousy, no response for more than 4 days or even more... The hell, maybe this is game is closed beta?

This problem comes from that day when the website was bugged, the only way to play now is to change your email adresses from your broken accounts and create new ones today.

Oh, and don't bother sending e-mails to ngd right now, they are still looking for a new community manager.
