Characters deleted since Yesterday?

My Char Ketobi is gone! Why?
As i wrote in another thread:
i played yesterday my utghar conjurer ketobi to lvl 11 but hes gone. now i have
to choose a realm again and have to create a new character.
What happend to ketobi? is there a way to get him back? what happens if i
create a new one?

The beta ended, and as the ngd mentioned on the end user licence agreement that you've accepted when you created your account, there could be a reset.

In other words: they resetted all the accounts of all the realms.

We're all lvl 0 ;)

and why are there people who could keep their chars?
i know for sure that there are at least 2 people who have still their chars.
sorry but i don't believe you. it would be good to hear something official on that.

It is true. They did set everyone's character's to level 1 because they left beta stage. If you don't believe me then why do you have +2000 xirmen. Also then why was it crowded with people the day they reset it. Because everyone's character's were reset.

but forget it, i think i figuered it out. i played the whole time without logging off, i ended the game with a crash so maybe my char was not written properly to the database. i started a new one so this thread can be ignored.
