Game loads the Resources then stops, HELP

Hi,
I start the game and put in my user name and the password and the movie plays but when the i get to the part where u load the resources it loads them but then the 99 resources word fade a little bit and the music starts playing but the charactor scene doesn't show up. I redownloaded the game but the same problem happens. Is there like and updater that I have to download or am I doing something wrong? If you can help it would be Appreciated. Thanks :)

Hi,

hmm try erazing the live server folder and then let it download all the updates again. check if that works for you.

Yeah thanks for the advice but where is the Live Servers folder, im new thanks

right click on the regnum online program and click on properties.. and when you click on properties click on " find target " then click on live server and eraze it. then log back in and the game will download every update.

p.d when doin that try starting the game without being in full screen.

Sorry, but where is the regnum online file. Im on windows xp and I clicked on properies and opened the window and there is online the advanced buttons I cant find any find target or what it is. thanks

i also run windows xp and i see it in properties on the shortcut icon on the properties window.. it should be under comments.

:tsk_tsk: Sorry to bother again I deleted the files but now the game is still the same the resourses fade a little and the music starts and the screen stays the same should I delete the game and download it again? I minimized teh window and when I restored it the screen was black. Maube my laptop is just slow

maybe you should let it take its time to load.
or maybe click on options after log in and check mark " download all resources at once "

I dont know what the problem is. I waited and before I left it for 1 1/2 hours and it still didnt load. I let it load some more though

Yes, we found today a very stupid bug (client was not responding server pings while playing intro movie). It will be fixed in the next update, for now, just press ESC :)
