(Panther) Rake

I want to say that Rake from mostly panthers is OP.
It is like 60 damage over time for 10 secs or something.
So it will have something like 500 damage in total.
Its not really fair compared the their normals.
So i actually want to nerf this spell

or you could just ignore panthers, i do 90% of the time...just because they are there doesn't mean you have to fight them.(unless there's a quest for them ofc)
