I had the same problem after balance update. I STILL did not get it to load further. Well, I switched to another computer, what solved my problem.

As I see from the vid, when it "stucks", it is still downloading. You can see that in the lower left corner. Did you try disabling/enabling the option "download all resources at once"?

Also how long did you leave it loading..? Try leaving it for long time... It could load then.

I suggest to not use "load all resources at once" when you load game for the first time (this is based on my experience on old computer). And when you enter the game, it ll still load resources that you probably wont see all yet. Wait a little, then log off, tick "load all at once" and wait till it finishes. After that, I think you should be fine. Usually it happened to get stuck for me when I had "load all at once" and there was some conflict in resources (ctrl+l for console), on my old machine with Win XP. Just how I dealt with similar problem, doesn't mean it ll work 100% for you.

Like they said, you're not patient enough.
It's just that you have a shitty internet connection (downloading at like 70kB/s), you just need to wait until everything is downloaded. Since there's hundreds of MBs to be downloaded it may take a while with your connection.

As Scias and Kharbon said, you have a tiny download rate, and it can last for up to 10 hours.

2.2 Gio at 70 kio/s = 9.15 hours

Keep it on all over the night.

If you're missing data files in the game's install directory after installation, try what I suggested in the other thread. Might speed up the update process a lot. (There should be files from data0 through data5 with .sdb and .idx extensions with a total size of 2.12GB after install.)

I have the same problem on my laptop.. By mistake i found a super weird thing for it. I pressed my turn off laptop (power button) for 1 sec.... and guess what? It continued loading xD
