I think this graphic card is a IGP graphic card. I'm pretty sure that no IGP graphic card can run this game in shader 4 with 25+ fps on high detail settings.
Also I think that this computer is a bit expensive for its componets. If you built it alone in a different case, it would probably cost about 150 EUR less, even with 20" monitor. Without Windows even about 240 EUR or so less.

With this pc you should be able to run the game at low settings, but as Cuchulainn said, probably not smoothly in shader model 4, and most likely not if you combine it with high resolution/settings
The card is onboard (shared memory). If it is possible, you want to get one of those graphic cards that you insert into the slot (awkward, i can't remember what you call them just now xD). They are usually better, if compared to onboard gpu's. They are also easily changable if anything goes wrong with them
From http://www.notebookcheck.net/ATI-Radeon-HD-4270.30648.0.html :
Current (and less demanding games) like Starcraft 2 or Left4Dead are playable in low details in conjunction with a fast CPU. Furthermore older games like Doom 3 or Quake 4 should also be playable with slower processors.

pci-e (pci-express) is that slots "name"
Yes, I agree with the posts before me. Ingame graphics can NEVER run any 3D game smoothly - in regnums case I guess you could play it on Shader 2 or shader 3 at lowest settings max.
I'd reccomend something like this at least:

(i think there's no desktop included though)
i didnt really look much, i just picked the "next best" that i would buy but isnt much more expensive than the one in original post

To be honest i wouldnt buy that computer. The only good thing is the screen.
The CPU isnt that awesome. Also the videocard isnt good. It shared memory.
If i can advice you a website i would like to suggest this one; http://www.computergalaxy.nl/
I have good experience with that site.
The price you pay for that pc is prolly only for the screen. And i am not a fan of Dell :)

Is this video cart better than a NVDIA geforce 8600m gs 512mb?Anyhow, that is way too much money to pay for what you get.
You should get a friend with some knowledge to help you pick out and assemble a computer from parts instead.

I recommend learning that stuff yourself, it's worth it. It's not very difficult and there are many tutorials on the internet. Actually you just put some things together and the PC works. It's easier with someone by your side who knows what to do, but you can easily learn it on your own, too. (Like I did)
You'll save a lot of money and it's fun. :angel2:

I guess that you can play with both of these card in shader 3 mode without shadows at 30+ fps. These cards have a similar graphic performance.
I doubt that you could upgrade this HP all-in-one computer with a dedicated graphic card. It looks like everything is integrated in the screen. The graphic card is also a IGP mobility graphic card. If you buy this computer, it is probably pretty complicated to upgrade components like CPU or graphic card.

well i got now nvidia 8600m gs 512mb. but my laptop overburned and that stuff. for the second time. anyway with 30fps you mean also in war? if it is than it is nice.

I meant if the war activity is low 30+ fps. The framerate drop during wars depends very much on the CPU.

time-to-die, I would recommend getting a PC built for a couple of reasons:
You will get a PC better suited to your requirements. PC makers usually build for either too general or too specific markets.
Future upgrades will be simple because the parts used will be selected to allow for them. PC makers build to make the numbers look good (ie. CPU speed, size of RAM and hard drive etc.) but lots of geeky stuff like bus and clock speed's on the motherboard are just as important. Off the shelf PC's almost always have these speeds at the maximum which means simple upgrades like adding faster memory are pointless.
PC's are designed to fail. Might get flamed for that but practically everyone I know who bought a new PC in the last couple of years has had the motherboard fail a couple of months outside warranty. These where all sub 1000 euro PC's, the reliability is generally much better for higher priced units.
If you don't want to put it together yourself then I would suggest a couple of options:
Get someone from the forum here to do it. I'll offer, bit pointless as I'm in Ireland though. I would assemble, install (ubuntu + regnum) and test for 60 euro.
Find a PC store in your area that sells components (NOT PC world) and buy assembled from them. I'm sure someone on the forum could recommend a store in a town or city near you.
Suggested components, flame away :)

i3 processor and motherboard adds over 100 euro to total but should allow cheap upgrades for 2 to 3 years.
EDIT elara is just a company I use near me, the prices for a similar company in Holland should be slightly lower.
