couldn't log in

I can't log in after an logout, because the system says that i'm already logged. What i have to do?

No. My Clan mates get the same. They crash and then they can login with their account. But not with the character. It says something like "chararcter already in world". And we can see the char standing in the world. With other chars from the same acc they can login.
