Ignis... with their mighty greed and numbers took all gems today.
And as usual, immediately after they walk all over both realms they came for the gems once again...
They seem to blast right threw Syrtis as if the doors were open.

Seeing this happen a few of us Alsians went right into defence mode.
Castle lost... then fort lost... we form at our gates calling in all who are available.
New players... low level players and even our mounts rallied to help.
Knowing full well that the Ignians outnumber us we amass our defence.
And with a rage that has been building for months we fight back with everything we got.
And low and behold... WIN!

Even with some of them clearly cheating we pull of a win that was well deserved.
The feeling was epic!

Grats to Alsius on their defence. I was not there for round 2. (I think back to back invasions is overdoing it). Always good to see some resistance as it makes the game more fun.

On another note, this one is more of an inn type thread.
Lastly, if you think some players are cheating, use the appropriate channels to report this.
There are many times that bugs in the game give appearances of some kind of foul play. Making loose and fast accusations is not the way to go. But, if you are certain, make a report.

Oh a few maybe only 1 or 2 of them in the group were again running a little faster then normal without the horn.
I see it once in a while and it's almost impossible to drop everything and set up recording.
I was not the only Alsian there who noticed it btw. Several players said.. look look!
But this is not the topic for that so I'll say no more.

I went to lend my support after Ignis walked over the entire 7 Syrtian defenders (myself included) but you seemed to not want my help and proceeded to kick me back to our CS.

Hey I had this fun one yesterday where some noob barbarian was attempting to savecamp. Unfortunately for them they were bloody stupid and buffed up as soon as I'd spawned, so I just danced until their buffs started wearing out and then proceeded to kill the sh*t out of them.

Thats a computer (framerate) or internet connection (ms) issue. I run maxed graphics with 100+ fps. I consistently have 200- ping. Lag (whichever "version" you mean, many people confuse lag with framerate issues these days) is not nessacarily their fault.

Assumed latency. You know, actual lag. The actual network latency doesn't help me (400ms average). But I think there's a whole bunch of game logic ... lagging behind.

(BTW my first post was topical because the noob was an alsius).
