What i took in mind:
For knight:
+150 HP +5 Const bp
+5 Const pauld
+5 Const shield
lvl60 maxed Const knight
Boss amulet
2 HP rings
passive +15 const
troll skin
Dragonic power gem
Def beacon
Chocolate
For mage:
+175 mana +7 Int hat
Eve amu
2x +175 mana rings
+175 gloves (i hope it's exists)
+7 Int staff
maxed Int lvl60 mage
lvl5 Dragon Blood
lvl5 Mana Pool
Draconic power gem
Chocolate
Results
Knight:17k+ HP
Mage:6200+ mana

Knight can get more if your calculations are right.

I have seen a 6+ const 160+ hp breastplate, and 3+ const gauntlets aswell.
Pretty ancient gear that was though. :P

Depends if we're talking about horus or ra because ra have some 7 const items, maybe even better (?) but on horus didn't see anything better than a +5 for a knight.
