The game crashes during the ngd symbol and storyline part when you start the program causing errors on my computer making me restart it please fix

will somebody PLEASE fix this already i have wasted an hour restarting my computer because the stupid movie screws everything up. if i press esc during the movie it gets stuck. if i wait for it to finish it gets stuck after regnum online logo comes up.

Hi, resuming tuesday we will take a look at this issue (monday is a national holiday in Argentina).

While we are at it, a couple of questions:
- Video card brand and model
- Do you have a firewall? Which one?
