In guess I don't really have proof, but what happened was I resisted the kick, but in actuality I still got knocked.

Anyone else seen this type of thing happen?

No, kind sir, what happened was that Total Nightmare casted Kick(4) on you before you resisted kick(4) from another barbarian.

However, while you're knocked there is no possibility to resist spells, so you've just proved the entire world that Igneans do indeed hack the resist system, like our friend Tigerious noticed in this thread (http://www.regnumonlinegame.com/forum/showthread.php?t=79799).
