Hello all .. its a bit stupid question but I need help
I use ubuntu for 1 hour now .. and I want to instal regnum but I dont know how .
I downloaded Linux regnum but I cant instal it becaouse like I dont have application !???!
I am more then confused and I need help plz

Another hep needed ... I menaged to instal regnum ... but now when I start it ,it says unsuported vieo card ... to old ,dont have drivers or new directx .
Thats all fine just I played on same computer under windows regnum and now I cant under Linux .. any ideas ?

What video card and what drivers are you using?

To play Regnum under Linux/Ubuntu you have to install the proprietary drivers because Ubuntu uses the open source ones by default, which are fine besides for 3D support.

As I'm not Ubuntu user since a long time I can't remember well, so I let you with the wiki page : https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BinaryDriverHowto/Nvidia

It's basically the same thing if you own an ATI card (will be displayed ATI instead).

PS : Don't forget to install OpenAL for the sound

And you must activate from top bar proprietary drivers and after restart your pc.

or just restart X server :D
