the error message reads "can't open file 'LiveServer/ngRegnumOnlineClientLibrary.dll' (error 5: access is denied.)"


can any one explain to me what this means?

ok, try to install the game in an other folder than c:\Program Files

This time the error message reads "The procedure entry point ?shutdown_entity_callback@GameCore@@UAEXPAVMessage @@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library ngClients.dll."

will you be able to help me with this also?

i am going to go eat and i will return shortly

try to remove (or move only to other site) the ngClients.dll archiv, its in the installation folder.
