Known Bugs (Please add any which I've overlooked):

Weapon Trails and/or Beams being turned on Crashing Client

Changing Characters Crashing Client

Changing Characters loading screen getting stuck

Precise Block Animation Bug (turning in place, sitting down, etc. removes animation while still active) -- Heavily Abused

Precise Block Active while running bug -- Moderately Abused

Spells not triggering when pressed; mashing or "hammering" spells required to make trigger (caused by packet-loss?)

Light Horse warping to casting-origin once moving after casting

Invisible Players causing FPS drop

Players stuck in the ground after teleporting

Phantom Swings (while better than they used to be, they're still there and still very annoying)

Positioning inconsistencies (mostly with mobs/guards that are moving or knocked/stunned/immobilized)

People showing up online or disconnecting from buddy list making the client stall or hang briefly (can be very annoying while mid-combat).

Horn of the wind triggering when an ally(allies) are right on the edge of horn distance; the casting ally gets it while those on the edge of range do not.

Protect Ally/Dispell removing an ally's Precise Block that's active

Targetting problems near fort doors (getting a target selection to "stick" can be a nightmare around foor doors even if there is nobody else in the way of clicking on the player)

Missing name on mounts

Riding invisible mounts when really dismounted

Warriors having weapons stuck on back and all attack animations suspended while in attack mode. Usually happens while casting a preliminary buff while not in attack mode.

Warriors unable to stow weapons while running (happens sometimes but still very annoying)

Fort doors sometimes showing up as invisible after possession of fort changes.

Achievements not working for level 60's (such as "Best RvR" and "Altruist" etc. not triggering).

Upon capturing a level 2+ fort/castle, not receiving gold from capture even though inside the fort/castle (I've discovered you have to be pretty darn close to the flag when it switches to get the gold--intentional?).

Some critical, linchpin quest mobs (like the Water Pendant holder in Alsius for example) gone missing for weeks. Not capable for players to move on with quests until they can kill them.

Save Guard being "pacified" by certain techniques from enemies (using things like low profile/sanctuary, etc.) to cease aggro. Also save-guards not attacking aggressive mobs.

Being frozen while turning/strafing causing that movement input to get stuck after freeze duration.

Typing in chat causing character to get stuck strafing or turning (when typing with "w" "s" "a" "d" "q" or "e" at the end of a sentence)

No sound bug (I've not personally experienced this)

Invisible self bug (I've not personally experienced this)

Some spells double-casting (any instant-warrior attack spells like mindsquasher, gutting, south cross, etc. doubling up in log with two different damage inputs) -- Very rare but still occurs

Archers who are turned into werewolves expending arrows while attacking (intentional?)

Receiving fall damage on the other side after using a Warmaster Teleport.

When you jump and get knocked or immobilized (maybe frozen as well); after the duration of that cc, you can no longer move.

-WM Quest doesnt show the correct NPC to kill after you killed 1 of them
-Achievements:
Getting Loots does not work
Level 51 but not lvl 50 achievement
Send kisses means Get Kisses
Spend 100.000 gold doesnt work always when you buy different items at once

Possibility to hide inside ruined wall in towers of Syrtis forts. Tree on top can be used for hiding spot too.

There was a several page long thread for bugs buried somewhere. If someone find it attach here. :)

Most problems I have are:
No Sound Bug(Normally this happens when there is like a 20vs20 but now have ceased but still happens randomly which is annoying that I have to relog)
Invisible(I cannot see myself): this is happening to me very recent like a month or so happens randomly too.
Fort Capturing loot: yeah sometimes i dont recieve none and i do much of the job and vice-versa.
"Invisible mounts" : this happens(not often) on my screen.
and this sucks in a battle;
Spell not triggering(probably of fps drop but still they trigger all at once mostly all wrong timed, or dont cast anything at all)

Right,walls other objects are not solid but a player can go through and hide

Leggings are invisible again (but checked in Inventory) after playing with PostProcess setting (and perhaps others) in Video Options.
Unchecking and checking again the checkbox makes it appear again.

- Mind Squasher dispelling precise block.
- 2 or more Ressurects can be used on the same dead player
- Switching CD Spells makes you see the wrong spell in cooldown
- A full mana bar can be ''filled'' by an mage

You can use Life Savior on a person with full health, but you can't use Heal Ally on someone with full health.

About that horse teleport bug.
It's not just the light horse, i had it too with my "lion ancient" i got from the event.

when you mount up and start riding down a slope, you sometimes get fall dammage (usually happens at Altaruk save, going towards gate). I guess it's related to the annoying "mount teleport" bug.

When enemy runs out of your range of spell, casting stopps, but mana is lost

When enemy dies while you cast, spell casts, goes to cooldown, takes your mana but has no effect, therefore not giving you credit for the kill.

You cannot save at central save, if the main fort is captured by enemy (at least in ignis)

When you're unable to cast for some reason (no mana, cooldown of spell...) and you are clicking the spell button, the character doesn't attack with normals. Especially annoying for warriors and archers.

There are a few collision volumes that do not match to the visual volumes - Makes you fall through seemingly solid places.

Also there are a few with higher detail then needed (at spots where you cant collide anyways or where a normal cube would be sufficient for the need), which could lead to slightly less cpu load at some spots.

If interested i could make some screens with coordinates and vg_show_collision volumes=1 so on the next map update that could be fixed.

- lvl2-3(didnt test lvl4) protect ally remove archer ally's acrobatic
- sometimes character stop running when you cast spell like mobility or spring. annoying bug

btw my friend came week ago back to ro. he quited yesterday because of bugs, same bugs been around for years...and more coming with new features

One of most annoying is - when you get on a mount and start running, after several meters it teleports you back in initial position. Simple workaround is to move several steps back after mount, but still this is uber annoying bug. It makes impossible to escape by mount and annoys people alot.

spells can still do negative damage. Oh how I love healing my opponents with my summon lightning... negative damage is beyond annoying... it's a critical bug.

i haz that too, if you wait 1 to 2 secs before starting to move mount it won't step back

combat log is not working well, usually some skills does not appear and don't forget the ethereal arrow bug where it says that you has been killed by "yourself"

I don't know if it was fixed but the description in the skill "serpent bite" is wrong when the skill is set on lvl 4 or 5

usually the skills or stats does not impact "properly" in the char tab. for example is you use recharged arrows sometimes you wont see the damage updated in your char tab (usually this happened by changing bows between 2 differents bows or weapons I guess)

In direct3d mode on windows there is a bugg that the gamma value is not set properlly.

many options in the launcher may not take effect on the game.

that is all I remember

Another issue: sometimes when a spell is resisted, the visual effect of the spell is still shown (ie. Confuse).

Dragon equips gives +3 damage resist, but it doesnt say +3%

1.)interupted spells (for example by dizzy, stun, get out of range or hide behind tree/rock) force you to move before you can cast again.
can be abused by hinding behind an object from the spell of a person with cannot move. which adds an additional dizzy effect to the cannot move! (also happends alot of you try to target some1 that chooses to run while a lock or conjurer cast ivy or twister on you.)

2.)arcane devotion doesn't always increase cast speed when cast. this specially happends alot when the server is laggy. (the buff shows to be active but without increased cast speed.)

3.)after dying it happends that you can't cast (well at lest for some time) you have to try to cast a spell, than move and after that you can cast normally.

4.)it happends sometimes that i can get hit by as spell with range 25 like ivy while i get the message that the range is to far for meteor (range 30).

5.)people can cast from castles without you being able to cast back from the floor (though staff attacks work) and you don't even get a message why not. (like out of range, can't see, ...)

6.) there are alot of areas in imperia castle were i seem to fall through the floor. this can cause fall dmg but does not always does.

Getting very bad lag spikes, 1 or 2 fps max, usually in battles of 30 or more, happens suddenly.

Beacons appear on the higher floor when cast at ground level (ie. at Aggers, cast a beacon on the right of the door from inside, it will appear on the path to wall near the tower).

Can't cast dispell on an ally while under sanctuary. I don't know if this is intentional or not.

This is the proof that the lvl 50 achievement doesnt always work.
This char wasn't even lvl 50 when the achievement was implemented

Another bug: Enemy Surveillance sometimes report 2 enemies when, obviously, there is only one.

In this case, extra track is a duplicate, ie. 2 mages/warriors/archers of the same level, in the same direction, at the exact same distance.

This issue appeared with Enemy Surveillance 5m precision was implemented (and i already reported it when this patch went online).

Strangely, it seems to concern only low levels (i mean i didn't notice such duplicate with high level characters on tracks).

The whole track system seems very bugged.

When you are revived by an conjurer and you are under santuary you can buff but the spell will not activate and goes to cooldown
And you can't see a timer when the sanctuary ends

Fort's (and portal's) doors are invisible when you are far, even when door is still up.
I don't know if it is easily fixable, but at least this could be inverted:
- show the door by default, and if it is down, when coming near, make it disappear

It's not always like this, if there is no door 'cause it's allready broken, your see a door from far. Or lets say in my case it is like this.

A realm gem is on the catagory Ammulets, while you wear it as an weapon
The 15% hp bonus is also bugged

The boss shield Rizofags shield is heavily UP compared to other normal shield of its level.
It must have higher armor and block chance
Rizofag shield has 95+7 armor points and 12 block chance and is for lvl 31
While an lvl 26 tower shield has 110 armor and has 14 block chance

The 2 most critical bugs I'd like see fixed =
Precice Block of knights (hiding the animation by turning,going off combat, sitting down etc)

Ppl seen on a invisible horse, when they are NOT mounted.. (hard to see what your enemy is doing when the animation isnt shown :/)


These two affect gameplay/experience in a heavy way and should be high in the prioritylist!

Ps.
A bit late, but cudos on the latest hotfix (1.9.0)
I really start to enjoy the new UI and it's new function!! (selecting partymembers etc etc)!

Add this one too please--> "you are not facing your enemy" when the enemy is just in front of you or when he is knocked. That's very bad for melee.

Sometimes when you cast Horn of the wind it casts, but do not affect noyone around you. I think client or server reads distance to ally enough to cast it, but in reality it affects noyone.

Pretty annoying when this happen.

I rofl'd very hard reading your post xD - Since German players have reported this issue about 500 times to Gamigo.
The answer was always "We have already informed NGD about this problem.".

Good to see the communication working between Gamigo and NGD :D

They did informed at us, but since the report came directly from one of our partners, I just wasn't aware of this, which is normal since I only manage Ra and Horus communities.

Remember that as a company, we have different sectors, and there's no need for everyone to know everything.

Anyway, sorry for the misunderstanding.
