Ok, system is: Windows XP 32bit, video card NVIDIA 250 GTS
And sometimes happens show like this

Try a reinstall of the game first. Does it only happen with regnum?

I'm not a computer expert, but those look kind of like artifacts, which I think means your graphics card is overheating. Is the inside of your computer dusty or overheating?

Actually this happens only once a year with regnum, no other games act like this.
P. S. probably yes it's mah dusty room. Thanks for help.
