Please Help!!!

I downloaded a patch, and game reported lacking of some d3d9_31.dll file.. i got it from the net and put it in c\windows\system, then started the game.
It downloaded another patch of 9mb and it said:

Hardware accelerated OpenGL not found.
Make sure you have installed the latest drivers for your videocard.

I have ATI Radeon 9600 pro. This has never happened before.
Please help what should i do???

for those who don't speak serbian:
I have the same problem...the comp shows the error message and then that my video card is not supported...i have some crap of video card that was inegrated in my motherboard when i bought it and i dont know what model is it...and where can i download this file???...

I am having this problem to I think it has something to do with when the servers went down for a update today? I have been playing for about a week now as a lvl 19 conjuror and it ran fine with barely any lag at all. I aslo just have a card that came with the computer. if I must download thos other things does anyone know where I can find them?

Allright I got mine to work so hopefully this will help you guys. After you log in theres the options button click on it and under the catagory "Renderer" if its set at "OpenGL" change it to "Direct3D" then go back and click to play everything after that should work fine. :biggrin:

download the file from this link and unpack it to c\windows\system

by the way the problem is solved after i downloaded latest drivers from ATI website..
