Ignis architecture

Hello community!

There are 3 architecture styles in Ignis:

1. Some sort of elven style. Built by dark elves, moloks and sceltics with raw stones on clay mortar. Most of houses in Ignis are built in this style.

2. Dark architecture [EDIT: Gothic]. Built by dark elves with bazalt or something. Some monuments, bridges and castles are built in that style.

3. Ancient architecture. Built by Igneos ages ago with megasize monolite limestone blocks.

ignis has no architecture. it's all dwarf-built.

I agree. The Dwarfs are pretty good. But you have to be careful.

I do admit I should have been more diligent.
Second problem is that they are highly unionized and tend to go on strike a lot. Hence a lot of unfinished structures like the aqueduct. Seems alexia could not produce enough grass But what can you do. Lastly, the Ugthar workforce surely eats a lot. In ancient times round samal had forest !

Igneans are indeed strange builders. Look at the patch work we did at Samal fort :bangin:

Wood Elves are evil: they've broken the aqueduct and killed alsirian ambassador.

I love ancient architecture. This better corresponds to the East spirit. And new style of wall is nice too.

That what u call "dark style" is actually gotic architecture. Take a look to Gotam City (yeeeesss, Batman city) and you will find that kind of buildings.

You can search on google too the ancients churchs, like Saint Michelle in France (do me a favour, look it that is amazing). Statues like demons, angels or gargoyls (gargolas?) are ussuall on this style.

So you paint a gotic style building on black and you got a very f*cking demonic evil building wich is perfect for Ignis.
