View Full Version : No Great Gryphonites in Ignis

Have tried to find Great Gryphonites near Snowy Rocks to complete a quest.
Can anyone confirn that this is because of a bug?

Snowy Rocks? Er... Isn't that in Alsius? Unless there's a similarly named place in Ignis I haven't heard of before, considering I'm not Ignis. As for the gryphonite, never seen one before unless you mean "Golkare" or something similiarly spelled which appears to be a boss or some sort.

Gorlak is only in alsius, I don't think theres a quest that tells you to go fight a boss...

Furthermore, he's found around Withering Heights (not snowy rocks although near it). You could find Great Gryphos (if they're the same thing) in the wz at Alsius' Pozo area although I imagine this is unlikely to be part of an Ignis Quest.

Who is this "Gorlak"?
I turned up at an Ignis city once and he was there attacking the guards (he flattened a couple too).
Eventually we beat him - but not seen him since.

Gorlak is in Alsius my friend.
You have simply mistaken the realm names, you are surely in Alsius, the ice realm :)

I'm in the icy realm - i thought this was ignis.
Also, I helped the guards kill a gryphonite named "Gorlak" who attacked the town.
I have one of his feathers in my inventory - which i kept because i was so confused about the whole thing.

Good lord, you didn't even know you were an Alsian? :P

Anyhow, NGD has fixed the Great Gryphonites now and you can find 'em in the usual place in Snowy Rocks =)

I haven't really considered myself on a 'side' yet.
I have been so busy bashing creatures to level up.
Once I get to my desired level I will fight for my side and kick ass.
Alsius/Ignis - all the same to me at the moment - I don't concern myself with realm battles.
But I will..
