View Full Version : [LAG] FPS problem at pp bridge

I have obvious and serious lags just when pp bridge is in my fied of view.
If I go back few meters back until bridge disappears, fps go back to normal.
I am almost sure I have the same problem with all new warzone structures, as forts and bridges, but didn't make any screeny to prove it. It's not a new bug at all, but I was lazy to look deeper into it until today.
Ubuntu 12.04 - Gnome fallback
Linux 64bits 3.2.0-29-generic
Athlon 64 X2 5200+, 4GB RAM
Nvidia 9600GT, 512MB RAM - Drivers: 304.37

Can you try out the same testing on other structures, such as Forts, Castles, Realm Walls, etc?

It's pretty weird. I roamed near Alga, Herb, PB1, PN1, Aggers, PP1 (from Alsius side) and all is ok. This lag appears only under certain circumstances, you have to be on Syrtis side, get PP1 in view and have to be far and not too close.

It's pretty hard to test other structures, especially Alsius and Ignis side, since bunch of dudes are roaming around trying to kill me. :D
Btw, I'm using the standard client, not the experimental one.
