cant log in

I cant log into the game, just when you press accept that login

When I try logging in I get this message:
connection to autopatch server failed

and when, for some mysterious reason i do get to the news/server selection screen
there are no servers available.

any1 knows why/how this happens and how to fix it?

it's a server issue ,because at ping and traceroute i have no issue with ...
