Cannot update client ?

Hello.

Yesterday I install Regnum Online.

When i start launcher it download something with weight 1815 kb, and restart launcher then again download that same weight file and restart again.

I was waiting 10 minutes and it made it many times.

I think that was problem with permission so i use open in administrator mode, it not helped.

Could you help me to fix the problem with update ? :dumbofme:

Normally re-dowloading and re-installing everything always helps :lol:
Maybe try that again...can't help anymore than that xD

Regular bug, seems only to be fixed with waiting for NGD to fix that.

I got the problem that it downloads for example 320 Kb and then stops, have to relaunch, another 593 Kb and so on until I got downloaded everything (from the 18k or something everytime I download a little it'll go off, so if I get 1000 Kb before it stops downloading, I need 17k Kb the second time and so on).

Hi,
I remember about 1,5 years ago I had this problem. I was installing regnum online on my old laptop (http://i.imgur.com/T9XUzRC.jpg) which had windows XP. The installing went well, but when I typed my username and password and logged in, launcher started to download update. When it finished downloading, launcher restarted and started downloading again. This got repeated x times.

I tried to remove regnum completely and install it again, but same problem happened. I did not find solution to this. It seems this very old bug with launcher still exists, even though it has been over year when I had it last time.

I would like to give you solution to help you with this, but I am afraid I can't. Never got regnum work on that laptop so I just gave up. Got new laptop with windows 7 (because my windows xp laptop was crap anyway) some time after this and installing regnum on that laptop went well and got no any problems.

Because I really can't help you, I can at least confirm this issue happens.
You use windows I suppose. Which version?
