No way, i had incredible exchanges with all active locks mentioned in this thread. Sure some times resist are involved, but often it just the quick thinking, good movement and smart spell selection that allows you take advantages of the slightest flaws in each others timing.

Of course all of them have the self-respect to not MoD gank 1v1, or if they just dont have MoD, i dont know. :D

Same goes with darkness, at least some refrain from using it 1v1 on other locks in open field since it really just aint very skilled gameplay and potentially ruins a good fight, unless you still mess up of course, which actually happens even to the best of them.

Fireborn "the geek" could possibly be the most solid lock on haven right now, something i would never have thought was possible a year or so ago.
Others may be equal or a bit better, but some tend to be a bit rusty at the moment.

Well it used to be Ptitours signature move, but he seem to have grown out of it. :clapclap:

I dont think Heph have MoD in his setup most of the time, so sure it could be hard to tell his character once he do.
But 1v1 with an other warlock? Nah, thats just too embarrassing. I dont think he would and I have definitely not seen it.

There is of course no law against it, sometimes you may not have any better options, some archer you just know will sotw and bail if they don't get darkness, MoD or properly mana drained.

Maybe if you want to approach a tree hugging warrior, to deal with a "skilled" warjurer with mind blank or if you know there are other enemies around and dont want run the risk of taking unnecessary damage.

Yes, that is MoD in arena during the first fight. As for the circumstances of its use, he started humping one of the logs in the beginning of the fight, I run up to the log, and he casts MoD basically straight away.

And in the 2nd fight he sat at that log for at least 10 minutes while I criticized him for using MoD 1v1 at full hp, and he "taunted" me to boost his ego, then I finally went afk to fb, and he decided to CC chain me.

As for camo+confuse in pvp, I do not see anything wrong with it. Hunters have no quick CCs, so for them to not get CC chained right off the bat, they have to camo; however, if you camo more than once in a fight coughELVAcough because you are losing, then that is cheap.

Your whole wall of text is based upon the assumption that I have only fought these players once. I have fought them multiple times, both 1v1 and/or RvR. If I think they have no skill, I will say it. My opinion is mentioned so I can skip the part where someone quotes me and asks me why I think x would win over y (which has happened to multiple people multiple times in this thread). Anyone that knows me knows I have a big ego. You are talking as if this is new. Half of my mounts are named "My Ego". If you have a hobby which strives on competing, and you want to be the best or one of the best, you should have an ego where you think that you are one of the best, if not the best. Anyway, I do not mention myself that often, I couldn't care less if people didn't mention me. I already know who I can beat, who can beat me, etc., so opening this thread does nothing for my ego, as I have already pvped/fought most the people I am put up against.

Next time you feel like criticizing me, at least know what you are talking about.

As for your pvp, Beardo wins. Skit uses level 1 knocks and virtually a complete support setup. Why do you guys keep putting support knights against other knights that aren't full support.

And who is this player? Foot-lose? I assume him because that is when you got butthurt. I have fought him multiple times when I played horus. He is even in one of my videos. Skip to 9.52 to watch him tree hump in a 2v1 against an opponent multiple levels lower than him and at less than(?) half hp (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjFBFjHUTEU). If it isn't him, then tell whoever it is that is butthurt about me saying I don't think they have skill, or that they suck, to grow a pair and come on the forum or find me in-game. I may have one of the biggest egos in game, but I have never been known to lie or talk a bunch of bullshit to boost. Other people, like you, on the other hand, seem to love doing it.

Edit: I just realized your buttbuddies argument is that, even though I said "PvP and RvR", and he/she might not be included in the PvP part, but he/she probably is. Anyway, it is irrelevant. If I fought him at a fort, that gives me the liberty to judge his skill level by how he played at the fort. Even if I haven't fought him, if I have seen him fight, or know someone that has fought him, then I will judge his skill level from what I have seen/heard. It seems like your friend wants to pvp, as if that will prove that he is a good player.


Los is a really good conj, but so is Erika. I don't know enough about Soul Reaver, but Donato's DPS is amazing and very hard to out-heal. I'll go with Team 2

Having lv one knocks doesn't make you a support knight. Being a support knight means cc'ing incoming enemies too, including things like kick, feint, balestra, ribs breaker, disable limb, disabling, shield bash, etc. A support knight with only auras is weak, because those auras won't stop an enemy from raping your team.

At lv 60 a support knight can have a lot more than just normals.

Both Plunder and Tsuku havent been playing much since the raise in level cap and Gestern and Wasted are extremely skilled in fighting the odds having been fans of both of them for a long time now. More wasted penguinz than gestern because I think he's a brilliant warlock and most of the time Tsuku ends up mounting and running anyway.

Anyway I would say Efrendi and Caelia would win because they have an awesome synergy together from what I've seen back in the days.

Tsusku ends up mounting in the earlier days when cs dominated , afaik he didnt have max cs (just 12% if i remember correctly), so he had very less chance vs those who had max cs (21%). I think a high level meteor would serve me better than mentals against a lock.
I usually sacrifice it for better duration on the only two spells that disable archers dps without freezing and to get a reliable lvl 5 dispel. Im sure my allies appreciate it.
