Maybe you have been away from game for several months.

Dragons are disabled and NGD works on making them instanced with completely random chance to drop item. Not sure but i think they work on new dragon items too.

Teeworlds, the dragon doesnt spawn in the inner anymore. The dragon is now a weapon of invasion, and spawns at enemy gates. All dragons are now also unkillable pretty much.
