What Email I use?

Is there anyway for me to find out the email associated with my account, as i made this account years ago and currently have anew email i use.I would also like to know if i can change it

I don't think you can change emails, though, as far as I know.

You can change your email or password by logging into ro's website at the top but not the forum account, it's seperate. There you can see your email, and request to change it or change your password.

Go to the bottom of the forum page, click on "Contact us", there, you should be able to see it.
