Authorization code for a new computer

I have 2 pc's that both have champions of regnum and once I start it up and I type in my detail(account+password) it says "The computer has not been authorized before. Please check your email for the authorization code and enter it here" now when I go to my email I have the code and I copy and paste it into the Authorization code box, and press enter it says it's either wrong or says it's right but the box is still there and won't let me log in.
Please someone help me I really want to play :(

On fresh installer of OS X client don't even appear this box.

It's says " error element ui C012 " and exit.
And installer is downloaded from download section of the site.

Any other source to download client ?... old one that i've had, had no issue weird think ...i begin to be bored to search solution to run game ,when after 1 year of no play,try to play again ... but client is screwed.

I have a similar problems, i lost my lengendary hunter paudron bought from auction houese, i sent a ticket, instead of getting a fix, i get one email contains authorization code, after hundred of tryings, ,only got one of my account working, tried the option of requesting a new authorization code, been waiting for 2 days, still have the same one and yet not working:fury:

Kind of makes you want to find a new game that doesn't want to make you jump through hoops just to log in doesn't it.

Civ 5 is 75% off this weekend on Steam. I am upgrading to Gold for $5 right now. Great game and you don't need a password even to play it.

That aside, how many times do you guys want me to authenticate the one and only puter I ever play CoR on?
