The Characters faces are missing

Hi , I'm New player here , didn't entered the game yet because of this problem

I tried to re-install the game many times
but I'm still facing the same problem. maybe there is a missing file or something ?
I'm using MAC OS X

may i suggest trying the following? in the launcher window click options and then click the box which says load all resources before starting? i find using this forces the game to download much more of all the gfx etc before starting and reduces the problems with things like missing textures.

this option is also useful for times when a patch happens. i dont know why mmos allow any other option, except maybe for low ping players located near NGD's servers in Europe.

enable 'force safe mode' below advanced settings. The MAC client is not as well supported as the Windoze and Linux client.
